2017/2018海水标准营养盐参考物质国际比对

        为了提高营养盐数据的质量，加强营养盐数据在国际上的权威性，MEL营养盐功能实验室于2017年12月参与了由IOCCP(The international ocean carbon coordination project)与JAMATEC(Japan agency for marine=-earth science and technology)联合组织的 “2017/18 inter-laboratory comparison exercise of Certified Reference Material of Nutrients in Seawater, CRM”, 本次国际比对共有来自31个国家71个海洋化学实验室参与，中国共有2家单位参与。MEL所有RMNS比对结果与国际上其他优秀的实验室具有可比性，对与比对的8个盲样中，4个样品的结果值落于对比平均值的±1SD之内，3个样品结果值落于对比平均值的±1.5SD之内。MEL测定结如下图红色框内所示：

        为了与其他实验室进行比较，选取3个美国比较出名的海洋化学实验室的Z-score 值进行比较，其结果如下表所示：

The Z-score for each analysis is defined as：

Zpar = ABS((Cpar – Cconsensus)/Ppar)

        Where Zpar is the Z-score for an analysis; Cpar is the concentration of an RMNS

sample measured by a laboratory for the parameter of interest (nitrate, phosphate, or

silicate); Cconsensus is the consensus sample concentration for the parameter of interest,described in section 4.1; and Ppar is the standard deviation at the sample concentrationfor the parameter of interest. (注:Z-score的值越低越理想)
